NSAP

As per Rural Household Survey, NSAP is given to the BPL Families. Department of Panchayat & Rural Development, Govt. Of West Bengal provides three types of pensions i.e. IGNOAPS, IGNWPS and IGNDPS under NSAP. Types of pensions are Rs. 1000/- Per head per month for the IGNOAPS, IGNWPS and IGNDPS

Eligibility Criteria:-

IGNOAPS => 1. Must be in SECC Database and deprivation point 5 or more.

        1. Age must be 60 years and above.

IGNWPS              => 1. Must be in SECC Database and the priority on the basis of deprivation point.

          1. Age must be 40 years and above.

IGNDPS               => 1. Must be in SECC Database.

          1. Age must be 18 years and above.
          2. Disability percentage 80% and above.

SABUJSHREE

 Sabujshree is a scheme initiated by Hon’ble Chief Minister, West Bengal Commencing from 27th May, 2016 under which each new born baby in the State shall be gifted the sapling of a tree to be planted by her / his family on their own land. The scheme aims to ensure a measure of financial security to each child and increase the green cover in the state. Sabujshree is a collaborate effort of the Department of Forest, Panchayat & Rural Development and Health & Family Welfare.

SOMOBYATHI

 

Somobyathi is a scheme, launched by the State Government  where providing one time financial assistance of Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand) only to the  bereaved family members of a deceased person, who are in extreme financial necessity to incur expenditure and other incidental expenses for performing the rites and rituals of the said deceased person at the time of Cremation / Burial in the Cremation Grounds / Burial Grounds / Burning Ghats located within the State of West Bengal and under the Administrative control of the Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samities and Zilla Parishads.
